These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you — the registered player — and dk4444. By accessing the dk4444 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause contained in this document. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different identities, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances, including bonus funds and genuine winnings accumulated under fraudulent conditions.

This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC or passport), date of birth, mobile number, and residential address in Pakistan. dk4444 is not liable for any losses, withdrawal delays, or account issues arising from inaccurate information supplied by the player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dk4444 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity carried out under your credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have promptly notified dk4444 support of an unauthorised access event. dk4444 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer.
Registrations by legal entities (companies, trusts, partnerships, or any non-individual body) are not permitted. dk4444 accounts are exclusively available to natural persons acting in their personal capacity.
dk4444 is required under its international gaming license to verify the identity of all players before permitting withdrawals, and in certain cases before permitting Real Money Play. Verification requires submission of at least one primary identity document: a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back — or a valid passport identification page.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dk4444 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, scraping, or commercial exploitation of any part of the dk4444 platform or its content. Unauthorised use of dk4444's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dk4444 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:
dk4444's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
dk4444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, on the following grounds (without limitation):
Upon account closure, any genuine real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonuses and bonus-derived winnings will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a commercially reasonable period — typically 5 to 10 business days. Accounts closed for fraudulent activity forfeit all balances without right of appeal or compensation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which dk4444 holds its international gaming license, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
In the event of a dispute between a player and dk4444 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through dk4444's internal complaint resolution process — initiated by contacting [email protected] with full details of the complaint. dk4444 will respond within 5 business days.
If an internal resolution cannot be reached within 28 days of the complaint being submitted, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the regulatory body of dk4444's licensing jurisdiction. The decision of the arbitral tribunal is final and binding on both parties.
dk4444 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered mobile number or email address on file, with a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the effective date of the changes, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Continued use of the dk4444 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date. Requests to close an account following a Terms amendment will be processed without penalty, provided they are received before the effective date.
